SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch timelines vary by product and are mentioned on individual product pages. If multiple items are ordered together, the dispatch timeline of the item with the longest processing time will apply. Delivery details, including tracking information, will be shared via email or phone within 4–5 working days of order confirmation.

• We ship worldwide.

• Free shipping across India.

• International shipping is charged at checkout based on destination and weight (standard international shipping starts at ₹5,000).

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the order will be considered fulfilled. A re-delivery may be attempted at an additional shipping cost borne by the customer.

We deliver to residential or office addresses and do not encourage delivery to P.O. boxes.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Once delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient or the alternate person specified at the delivery address.

We do not ship items prohibited or restricted by local or international courier regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, incomplete information, or unforeseen issues. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
